Who We Are
We are a non-profit, faith-based community organization created to serve as a vehicle for community outreach programs and services that are concerned with disadvantaged persons within the Hackensack, New Jersey area. NHC&EDC, Inc. is an outreach of the New Hope Baptist Church of Hackensack, NJ. The New Hope Community & Economic Development Corporation was incorporated in 1996 and received the 501©3 designation on October 26, 1999.

The New Hope Community & Economic Development Corporation (NHCEDC) is a 501c3 organization that is committed to serve and engage the Hackensack community in programs and best practices that promote inclusion to improve the quality of life.
